If necessary for the short term, use a site such as http://translate.google.com/to translate.

To change your language settings:

Click the gear icon at the top of the page and select Search Settings from the drop-down menu.
Under Interface Language at the top of the page, select the language of your choice from the drop-down menu.
Click "Save Preferences," located at the top of the page.
