If your identity was stolen, please go to: https://secure.greendot.com/customersupport/report-fraud and complete the form
have you done that? also call law authorities an report so you will have proof and records
when a card is reported stolen or lost the card will ( a new card has been requested) the current card will become invalid and the new card can take up to 10 business days. You can get it quicker for a fee
also you can go to greendot.com and go to bottom of page and click on help and it will bring up a chat explain to them.
i hope this helps and hopefully they cancelled the card :)
