Refund For Tickets Due To Illness
Mailed greyhound tickets to Ontario Express post as instructed by greyhound customer support requesting refund end of Dec 2011 along with Phyician's letter husband having complications due to massive stroke cannot travel have not received anything from Greyhound to date. Confirmation/Ref # 13904131 Travel date was January 27th,2012 Terrace to Edmonton Feb 9th 2012. Trying to call or even find a number is impossible they pass you on to different people still no answers.
