Refunds For general questions with refunds, please use our online form to send an e-mail to our Refunds Desk. To apply for a refund, you must submit a request (with the original ticket) in writing to the following address:
Greyhound Lines, Inc.
P.O. Box 660691, MS 470 Dallas, TX 75266-0691
Walk-up refundable tickets must be presented for refund within one (1) year from the date ticket expires for transportation. Tickets submitted for refund after this time period will have no refund value. In those instances in which the expiration for transportation date of a ticket is unknown, one-way tickets will be assumed to be valid for transportation for three (3) months from the date of issue, and round trip tickets will be assumed to be valid for transportation for one (1) year from the date of issue.
