I'm guessing you're complaining that Groupon still sends you solicitations.

To stop those solicitations, you should have clicked the link at the bottom of any such message. Sometimes the stop order is not effective at once. To confirm your stop order you can always phone Groupon, at (877) 788-7858 in the U.S. or write the company at [email protected]. In the UK, you can write directly to [email protected] or No. 1 Liverpool Street, London, EC2M 7QD; or phone +44(0)203 510 0410.
