Easily resolved. Phone Groupon at (877) 788-7858 in the U.S. or write the company at [email protected]. In the UK, you can write directly to [email protected] or No. 1 Liverpool Street, London, EC2M 7QD; or phone +44(0)203 510 0410. If you paid in cash (not Groupon credit), Groupon will not keep your money under these circumstances.
