As we're an independent help site, we have no access to companies' accounts, and you must resolve with Groupon. Unfortunately, Groupon in the U.S. is not currently offering phone access. You can however write the company at [email protected]. In the U.K. you can write directly to [email protected] or (probably) phone +44(0)203 510 0410. If worse comes to worst (I don't expect it will be necessary), you can complain to the consumer protection agency for your state, which you can look up using https://www.usa.gov/state-consumer.
