Replacing Windows

Do I have to have the cost of these windows paid in full in 2010 or can I finance the cost  in 2011 and qualify for the tax credits. I am replacing 7 windows  they have been ordered . The windows will be in stalled  in my town home. Please if you will give a email  Thank You KAY KLINE
