I Have A Lien On My Old Car That Was Paid Off Many Years Ago.
I financed my 99 Dodge van in 2003 with household automotivefinance which I paid in full but I still I have a lein on it I want to junk the van but can not because I need a title and the dmv will not give me the title unless I have no lean against it they told me that household was bought by HSBC. I need the contact information. Thanks
