Need Help With Fixed Income Treasury Certificates

My mother had two fixed income treasury certificates with Household bank. She has since passed away and I have the original wet signature certificates. How or whom do I contact to find out what I need to do to cash these out or roll over into my name? There is also 3 Silver Circle accounts that have money in them. I have the account numbers, type of account and basically all the information but who to contact.
