Payment Not Credited To My Hsbc Bonton Card Account

What is telephone # I can call to find out where my $132.36 payment went that I sent in December - it was not applied to my HSBC Bonton account in December 2012 but it was taken from my electronic checking account!!

You're going to need to contact customer service for your financial institution because sometimes if you're depositing large amounts of money into your account you have to wait a certain number of days until they are able to verify your funds. This avoids fraud.
