Hsbc Is Listed 4 Times On Report. Why? Please Remove.

I notice I have 4 derogatory remarks from HSBC. Now it was bought by Portfolio Recovery Assoc. Would you help me to remove them or tell me what to do to get the credit report cleaned up.
