Htc Rhyme Location Symbol Wont Go Away

Turn off location services and gps as well.
In order to find your location on HTC Rhyme, you need to enable location sources.
- From the Home screen, press MENU and then tap Settings >Location.
- Select the location services you want to turn off VZW Location Services Uses Wi-Fi or your mobile data connection to find your approximate location. Standalone GPS Services Finds your exact GPS location. This requires a clear view of the sky and more battery power. Google Location Services Uses Google location services to track your location. When selected, you'll also allow Google to collect anonymous location data from your wireless device.
