Disappointed!
my family and I checked in to the Hamptoon at Wagon Point Houston Tx last night. We were given a room with a joint door to the room next to us. The neighbor next to us has had the television volume so high that my family hasn't slept all night. I went to the Hampton Inn receptionist and she tried to call the room but no one answered. I was told I'm sorry but they are not answering. I'm very disappointed that his was all she could do about the situation.
