Timer And Remote Don't Work

my remote stopped working and so did timer function. I have punched the service button to make sure it is in the normal mode. Still no remote function. I can manually turn filter on hi or lo or off. Also, my timer settings do not overlap so that isn't problem either.

The timer has likely been stuck because of the faulty remote, which is the first problem that needs to be solved. Have you checked the batteries of the remote? If not, check. This may be the cause of your problems. If the battery is not the problem, then you probably need to open the remote, but since parts for remotes are not available, you will likely end up buying a new one unless the problem is just a loose connection inside the remote.
