How to turn off a healthrider extraplay 200

To turn off the HealthRider Exerplay 200 Bike, follow these steps:
Stop pedaling.
Press and hold the STOP button on the console for 2 seconds.
The console will beep and the display will go blank.
If you are using the bike with an iFit SD card, the bike will automatically turn off after 5 minutes of inactivity.
To turn off the bike completely, you can also unplug the power cord from the outlet.
Here are some additional tips for safely using the HealthRider Exerplay 200 Bike:
Always warm up for 5-10 minutes before starting your workout.
Cool down for 5-10 minutes after your workout.
Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your workout.
Listen to your body and don't push yourself too hard.
If you experience any pain, stop exercising immediately.
Please consult your doctor before starting any new exercise program.
