How Can I Contact Customer Support By Phone Or Email?

I have a subscription to Food Network Magazine. I paid for it and also have a gift subscription. Both are showing as paid when I go into my account but I continue to receive nasty notices saying my account is unpaid and has a balance. However, on the statement there is absolutely no number listed to call and no customer service email address supplied. If I go online into my account, there is no link or info there either so that I can let them know this is showing as paid in my account. This is ridiculous! How can we contact customer service? I paid the bill on time and I am tired of these notices.
