Missing Book Order

I ordered a new book from a wellness, diet, article in last months magazine. I was told this book was not being released until the new year, but if you ordered now buy phone on 9/4 it would be shipped on 9/19/12. My credit card has been charged 31.95 Hearst Books. Will I receive my book?
