Sorry for your problems. Note that we're an independent help site not connected with Redbook. You'll have to turn to Hearst Magazines for resolution. If your subscription was expressly contingent on perfume-free issues, you're entitled to a refund. If not, I suspect customer service will work with you anyway (if you're polite and not accusatory or demanding). Phone 800-888-2665. Good luck!
