Uploading Manual

Hello,I having a difficult time to upload manuals. Whenever it says "thank you for your contribution", I can not see my manuals on that page and also can not get any point. The original manual I am trying to upload so I don't think because of that. What else can I do? Can you submit manuals or also you have a difficult time to submit just like me? Can you tell me why?Thanks.

In my experience, it takes a while for manuals to appear on the site and for the points to be credited. HelpOwl staff has to vet the manual -- make sure it's the correct one, not a duplicate, etc. -- and I'm sure they get a lot of manuals submitted every day.

If you're submitting a manual for a product that already has more than 2 manuals displayed, or if it's a generic or non-specific manual, it may not be accepted by HelpOwl, in which case you won't get any points for submitting it. Unfortunately HelpOwl does not provide a lot in the way of notification regarding the manual submission/approval process.

Simply navigate to the product page in question, click the Manuals tab, and you will see a link there to upload your manual.You can also try the "Share Manual" link on the top of every page to locate items still without manuals.
