My Printer Goes Through The Motions Of Printing But Does Not Use Any Ink, Why??
New cartridges were installed but the printer is intermittent about printing - sometimes no problems, other times it goes through the motions of printing but no ink is used. A couple of weeks ago it stopped communicating with my pc so i have connected it via a USB; it worked fine until the new cartridges were installed yesterday.
