I Have Been Advised I Need More Ram To Sustain Mcafee Virus Protection On My Com

McAfee has been known to be a resource hog. McAfee would not be my first choice for antivirus protection. I would recommend Avira. It's free and is less intrusive and uses less resources than McAfee. Avira can be downloaded here.
Once installed and updated, I would uninstall McAfee from the Control Panel. Your PC will be noticeably faster from uninstalling McAfee alone. Although RAM is cheaper these days, it's not worth purchasing and paying for install solely for one antivirus program in my opinion especially considering there are many other options available to you. Good luck with whatever you decide.
