Wet Streaked Photos
I have an HP Photosmart printer C4795. For two years it worked perfectly. Lately the photos have streaks and the ink won't dry. I have used every photo paper on the market, still the same problem. Do I need to clean the ink jets and if so how do I do it? On plain paper it works fine.
