This Is Simply The Worst Company I Have Ever Dealt With. Where's My Stuff?
Simply the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered 4 mini massagers for my daughters for Christmas. My Visa was charged right away. Never received the products. Despite my many calls and emails, I have never received a response, nor talked with anyone. I have been on hold with them as long as 45 minutes, only to receive a recording saying, "We're closed. Call back". What do I want? My Visa reimbursed, the 4 massagers over nighted to me, all with NO additional charge.Whomever is running this company should be fired. It's inexcusable...I need a quick response from you to get this settled.Suzanne NesbitI am just beginning to contact everyone affiliated with HoMedics concerning their business and customer service practices.
