I would like to remove/delete all stored information and start over. How do I do it

There are a few ways to do this.

1) To delete all stored information on the device, hold down the Power button for 10 seconds until the device turns off.

2) To delete all stored information on the device and reset it to factory default settings, hold down both of the Power and Clean buttons for 10 seconds until the device turns off.
