Hoover F6213910-no Water Is Going In To The Recovery Tank. The Suction Does Not

NO WATER IS GOING INTO THE RECOVERY TANK AND THE SUCTION DOES NOT SEEM TO WORK......

Chek the recovery hose underneath the handle, yu can see it when you lower the handle to the floor

Make sure the plug is inserted in the recovery tank.  Lower the handle. On the back of the recovery tank, there should be a cap/plug.  If there is a hole with three notches, then it's plug is missing,
