I Keep Deleting My Account (spam Being Sent From My Account) But Spam Continuing

I've deleted my account on Hotmail several times. Someone hacked my account and I cant seem to stop the spam being sent with my name. I've updated my anti-virus and run several malware software, but that doesn't seem to help.
