Does Hotmail Ever Ask For Name, Address And Password For My Account

You are right in believing that is not an authorized Hotmail Email. No company will ever ask you for personal information, especially that regarding your Password, Account Number, Name, Home Address, etc, etc. If a company ever requires information from you in regards to your services they will either call you directly, or request you contact them. You should delete any emails you have of this nature immediately as they are malicious attempts to get your personal information. Because simply opening them can be equally as damaging, you will want to make sure you scan your PC for any potential viruses or spyware, and may want to change your email password as well.
