Error Report

This is the second time in a couple of monthe that you have refused messages from Shamash, a service to which I subscribe. They report that their messages are returned. reporting account unknown, error 5.5.0 . I have been subscribing to Shamash at least as long as I have had a hotmail acoount with no problem until this year. What has changed??
