Hotmail And Deleted Emails

Hi An important email has been deleted from my hotmail account. I've already tried to recover this email using the recover deleted emails option at the bottom of the page. I've tried to retrieve it by going into the sent option and trying to see if the email was attached to a sent email but no such luck. Is there any way at all i can retrieve an email from a the beginning of November which has been deleted? Kind regards Lorna
