Spam Settings How To Fix Them

Hi Staff Helpers! I was happy with my spam settings up until about a week and a half ago when all these emails (spam started shoing in my Inbox. l have tried to get my Inbox to go back to normal by selecting all the mssgs I consider spam and sending them to my Junk mail and then deletting them from the Junk mail-folder. It is not working. l am still receiving about 20 junk emails in my Inbox daily. I have not changed my settings but obviously something has happened. Please fix it soon or tell me step by step how to do it myself. It is very annoying!!! I would also like a tip on how to see all emails' addresses that don't have a Contact name attached to update them into a Contact or if they are old delete them.
