How Can I Stop People Sending Emails From My Account?
Hello a company emailed everyone in my address book as me and gave them a link to access the new ipad. Is there anywhere I can stop people sending emails from my account? I have also lost all my contacts that were saved on my Hotmail account can I get them back?

It sounds like someone hacked your account. You need to change your password and run spyware and virus scans. If they erased your contacts while they were in your account I do not believe there is a way to get them back; unless you had them saved somewhere else as a back up.
