Blocked From Emails

I have been blocked from my email account at hotmail. Despite giving my usual password it has now blocked me from getting into my emails. I was asked for the name of my nest school friend but it still wont acept me. I cannot access my emails to get a new password either

After several unsuccessful sign in attempts, Windows Live ID automatically sets a "locked out" period. This prevents access to your account, even when the correct password is supplied for security reasons.
