I Am Having A Big Problem With So Much Junk Mail. I Block It And It Comes Back

I did not give my email address out. Your blocking icon does not work, so at this point I want to cancel my hotmail account. Please help me to resolve this problem or cancel my hotmail account. I am fed up.
