Junk Mail
My junk mail is loaded up every day from online pharmacy companies. They is no options to unsubscribe. How can I get rid of these companies aside from setting up a completely new email address. Is there an auto delete option for anything that goes to the junk folder.

That is the function of the junk mail folder, to catch that junk. You can unsubscribe from each individually but that will only verify your email address with the spammers.
The best bet is to set up an inbox rule to purge the folder each day. Be aware that you may lose legitimate emails as well.
