Problem With Someone Using My Email Address To Send Out Junk
Someone is using my hotmail address and my contacts to send out junk mail and spam. What can I do to stop this.

You can stop this by changing your password. There are a couple ways to change your password. Follow the link here to change your password. It will present you with a window where you can choose which change password option you like.
When you create a new password, it should be at least 7 characters, contain an upper and lower case letter, a number, and special character. This will prevent your password from being hacked in the future. Good luck to you.
