Hotmail Hacked Can't Reset Password
My windows live hotmail account is in Arabic. Two computer tech couldn't change or reset password. I only speak English and I can see my two other alternate emails on that acct. I can't reset the password because I can't decipher the language. I also want to change the security question. I am afraid they will hack into my other accounts. They sent out letters using my hotmail address and signed my name. How can I pursue this? There is no address for windows live to correspond. This is fraud asking for $2,000. Help.
