An email was sent to all my contacts, apparently from me, advertising to make money. How do I fix the problem and restore the security on my account

Your email account has been hacked. You first need to immediately change your password. Change password here. If you cannot change password because the hacker also changed your security question, you need to go through the process of recovering account here.
