Resetting My Password, I Was Given A New Account. How Can I Restore My Old One ?
My name is Samira El-laithy Wahba. I have had a hotmail account but when the old governemnt in Egypt blocked the internet and then returned it I had problems with signing in. When reset my password I answered all the requied questions and informantion. However, I was given a new Hotmail account, Live mail, etc. rather than my old HOTMAIL account with its contact addresses. This stopped communication between me and my bankc, co-workers, friends, and families. Please I need the old Hotmail account. Sincerely samira
