I Would Like To Retrieve My Old Password With My Hotmail Account Please Reply

I do reset the password but when I do this they send it to the old email account which makes this a Catch 22 because i need the old password to get to my old email account thanks

Since you cannot change your password via conventional methods (ie - through security answer or alternate email address), it needs to be verified. You can initiate the process of recovering your hotmail account here:
https://windowslivehelp.com/PasswordReset.aspx

When you get your account verified and change the password, it should be changed to at least 7 characters, contain upper and lower case letters, numbers, and a special character.
