How Do I Retrive My Acount That Is Locked Out?

My hotmail account is locked out due to a virus I think. I can't sign in with my username and password. it asks a security question that I never set up. I have tried calling them but they said I need to have them send the necessary security info to another account which I did but never got. I called back but they say now they did all they could. Help! I need my account to get my business stuff answered.!!

If you've called Hotmail support on the phone and they were unable to assist you there is not much anyone here will be able to do to help.

Consider this though, when the system admins are not willing to assist you perhaps it's a sign that it's time to get a new email provider.

You might try hacking the old account.  There are numerous sources of info on the web about how to do that.  I won't go into any of it here for liability reasons.
