I Can't Sign Into My Account In Croatia Due To Security Reasons.

I am traveling around Europe and my hotmail won't let me log in now I'm in croatia. When I go to fill out the verification details it says my post code isn't valid and won't let me select a state in Australia. I don't remember my password to my old account to get the code. I really need to get into it for reservations etc.
