The same thing happemed to me on my Hotmail account.  Hotmail support didn't help - useless!  I "googled" the problem and used the best of what I found.

I took severa;l steps and now it has stopped.

1.  Restore your computer to a date before it started happening.

2.  Run a full/complkete scan of your computer with your antivirus software.

3.  Run a malware problem.  I used Malwarebytes Anti Maleware (free).

4.  Run an anti-spyware program.  I used SUPERAntiSpyware (free).

5.  Change your email password.

GOOD LUCK!
