My E-mail Inbox Comes Up With Nothing But Numerous Tiny Boxes, No Word????

I can access by inbox but I see nothing but little boxes where words such as; INBOX, JUNK, FOLDERS, delete, reply, forward etc. should be. How can this problem be fixed? I was hacked today and have spent this morning resetting passwords etc. this is the only part of the problem after the hacking that hasn't been corrected.
