Receiving Emails From Genuine Hotmail Address, But Not Sent By Owner

I am receiving email from my daughter's hotmail, but she can definitely not send it as she is in rehab for 12 months.I spoke to her and she said nobody else can use her hotmail address as only she has the password.The emails normally just contain a link, has her email been hijacked?Here is the latest email I received.
