The best selling price for a barely used scooter purchased in 2011 and kept indoors will depend on the make and model of the scooter, as well as its condition. However, as a general rule of thumb, you can expect to sell a scooter that is in good condition for around 50% of its original purchase price.

For example, if you purchased a Honda Metropolitan scooter in 2011 for $2,000, you could expect to sell it for around $1,000 in 2023. However, if the scooter is in excellent condition and has low mileage, you could potentially sell it for closer to $1,200 or $1,300.

Of course, the actual selling price will also depend on the current market conditions. If there is a lot of demand for scooters in your area, you may be able to sell your scooter for more than 50% of its original purchase price. However, if the market is saturated with scooters, you may have to settle for a lower price.

Here are some tips for selling your barely used scooter for the best price:

Clean the scooter thoroughly and make sure it is in good working condition.

Take clear and well-lit photos of the scooter.

List the scooter for sale on online marketplaces like Craigslist or eBay.

Set a competitive price and be prepared to negotiate.

With a little effort, you should be able to sell your barely used scooter for a good price.
