The default WiFi password for the Huawei E5151 is admin. You can find this password on a sticker inside the back cover of the device. You can also change the default password to something else of your own choosing in the router's settings.
To access the router's settings, you need to connect your computer to the WiFi network of the E5151. Once you are connected, open a web browser and enter the following address in the address bar:
192.168.1.1
This will take you to the router's login page. Enter the username admin and the password admin in the respective fields. Click on the "Login" button to log in to the router.
Once you are logged in, you can go to the "Wi-Fi Settings" section to change the WiFi password. Enter the new password in the "Password" field and click on the "Save" button. The new password will take effect immediately.

You can also use the HUAWEI AI Life app to manage your WiFi network. The app is available for Android and iOS devices.
