Wifi Not Receiving Signal When Roaming. Everything Works Ok When Not In Roaming

Using E560. Connection is from Aircel 3G Unlimited plan. While travelling either in Train or Bus (Roaming), not receiving signal sometimes 2G signal. Unable to access Internet. But with the same profile setting everything is working fine while not in roaming. What would be the problem. Help.
