Saw Cuts Out When Sawing Vertically On A Wall.

I'm a mechanic for the US Corps of Engineers. A crew is doing concrete work on lock and damn 15 in Illinois. The saw works fine when cutting horizontally, but it cuts out when holding it vertically cutting the walls. Almost like it's running out of gas. I checked the fuel line and filter in the tank and found no issues. Also. This is a new saw. I'm guessing it was purchased a few weeks ago. If that helps. Thank you for your help. Bill Suggs

Make sure you have purged the fuel line. If not then when you angle the unit upwards the air will rise to the top and stop the fuel. The fuel bulb should be pressed until no air is visible in the line. This is normally around 5 times but some machines need up to to ten pushes. Contact the retailer for further advice or the user manual which should have been supplied. If you do not have one this is a link:

Hope that helps solve it
