"...they have taken money out of my account..." Which account? If it's a credit card account, phone the bank and back up your claim with a certified letter you've sent to the above address.
You can also complain to the New York State Div. of Consumer Protection, 1740 Broadway, NYC 10019, 518-474-8583.
